Humaneye provides AI-powered visual website testing services. Our Service uses computer vision and artificial intelligence to test websites by simulating human user interactions, including but not limited to clicking buttons, filling forms, and verifying visual elements.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Humaneye only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:

• To test websites you do not own or have explicit permission to test
• In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks
• To interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• To transmit any malicious code or conduct denial-of-service attacks

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DarwinApps and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Humaneye, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may collect screenshots and test results as part of providing the Service. You retain ownership of any data related to your websites that is processed through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DarwinApps, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Service, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
